Welcome!
Below you will find everything you need to rent a facility for your special event. That includes shelter listings, park locations, fees and application forms. If you would like to rent a facility you must complete the Special Activities form as well as the Waiver and Release of Liability form. In addition, you may be asked to fill out the Event Information form, which provides a greater detail about your event. Once you have those forms completed, please bring them and your payment to the Parks Department Administrative building located at:

NOTE: If you are interested in reserving International Park, Promenade Park or Festival Park, please forward your application to the Department of Neighborhoods, Suite 1800, One Government Center, Toledo, OH 43604 to the attention of Cindy Preble.
Please note that your reservation cannot be confirmed until full payment is made. Please note that we do not take credit cards at this time. Accepted methods of payment include checks, cash and money orders.
You can call Vicki Kyser at 419-245-3266 or Cindy Preble at 419-245-1417 (International Park, Promenade Park or Festival Park) to schedule an appointment between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
As soon as your payment is received, the date, time and place for your reservation will be confirmed.
