Current Bridge Projects:
Jackman Road over Halfway Creek, Bridge no. 552 – Bridge Replacement in 2008
Construction started May 19, 2008. Construction requiring full road closure is in progress. The bridge will remain closed until the tentative completion date of October.
Construction starts from approximately 110 feet south of Brim Drive and ends at Ohio/Michigan border approximately 140 feet north of Brooke Park Drive.
Through traffic traveling North or South should use the posted detour. Road will be open to local traffic and access will be maintained for residents, except for brief periods during the construction.
State Line Road over Halfway Creek, Bridge no. 458 – Bridge Replacement in 2008
Construction started May 19, 2008. Construction requiring full road closure is in progress. The bridge will remain closed until the tentative completion date of September.
State Line Road will remain open to local traffic. Through traffic traveling East or West should use posted detour. Access will be maintained for residents, except for brief periods during the construction.
Lagrange over Ottawa River, Bridge no. 408 – Bridge Deck Replacement

Lincoln over I-75, Luc-75-3.14, Toledo Bridge no. 751 – Construction to begin spring 2008
Benore Rd. over Norfolk Southern Railroad, Toledo Bridge no. 315
Project completed from August 11th through August 15th. Bridge resurfaced with SafeLane overlay in Summer 2008.
Oak Street over Norfolk Southern Railroad, Toledo Bridge no. 106 – Bridge overlay in summer 2008.
Construction is in progress. This work will involve lane restrictions on the bridge. Completion date (tentative) - August 22nd.
Suder Avenue over Ottawa River, Toledo Bridge no. 350 – Bridge rehabilitation 2010 – Consulting Engineering firm Tetra Tech, Inc. was selected for preparing the design plans and specification for this bridge.
Schwartz Rd over Ottawa River, Toledo Bridge no. 312 – Bridge replacement 2010 – Proposals for engineering design are under review.
Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge, Toledo Bridge no. 2 – Rehabilitation
