The Division of Streets, Bridges and Harbor is responsible for the repair and maintenance of city streets, alleys and bridges. They are also charged with the responsibility of leaf collection and disposal on all the City streets usually beginning the last week in October. SB&H is responsible for the removal of snow and ice on all City streets. They also provide 24 hour service truck operation including dead animal pick-up and barricading roadway hazards and sanding of oil spills.
