2008 GOALS

GOAL 1:
Reduce number of refuse collection routes from 33 to 27. 

GOAL 2:
Implement automated refuse and recycling collection pilot program. 

GOAL 3:
Improve preparation and maintenance of streets for the street resurfacing program. 

GOAL 4:
Investigate alternative Leaf Collection programs.  

GOAL 5:
Complete Phase 2 of the enhancement to traffic safety by improving the reflectivity of traffic control devices and materials.

GOAL 6:
Complete the conversion of Madison Avenue (17th Street to Michigan Street) from one-way to two-way traffic flow.

GOAL 7:
Bring City fleet fuel sites to current EPA regulations and improve fuel inventory control. 

GOAL 8:
Complete installation of Faster® CCG software system for computerization of Facility Operations’ charge backs.
 
GOAL 9:
Improve Tree Replacement Program.

GOAL 10:
Improve mowing operations of City public lands.
