DPU Customers:
I again want to take this opportunity to apologize to any of you who have had problems connecting with our Customer Service Representatives on our old system over the past few weeks. We have worked extremely hard to serve you as best we can while we went through the process of replacing our antiquated phone system.
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully implemented our new Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system. This will enable us to better handle all of your customer service needs.
I am fully confident you will be pleased with the new system.
