All rates are for customers inside City of Toledo limits and based on quarterly billing periods.

Net Rate per 1,000 Cubic Feet
First 30,000 cubic feet - $ 10.28
Next 450,000 cubic feet - $ 9.98
Next 3,000,000 cubic feet - $ 7.84
Over 3,480,000 cubic feet - $ 5.72
A minimum charge for water service shall be made according to meter size regardless of the amount of water used, as follow:
5/8 inch - $ 20.55
3/4 inch - $ 30.99
1 inch - $ 51.57
1 1/2 inch - $ 125.04
Storm Water Rates

One Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) will be charged $3.16 per month for storm water services to each residential unit.
Non-residential properties will be charged $3.16 per month for each ERU that makes up their property. One ERU is 2,500 square feet of impervious surface.
Sewer Rates
All bills are calculated by adding the Total Fixed Charge to the Total Volume Charge.

Garbage Rates
The standard garbage fee is $7.00 each month per residential unit. Residents who recycle can reduce their garbage fee to $2.00 per month. Structures with more than four units are not eligible for the recycling discount.
