Location: Festival Park With the support of the Burgundy Skye Productions, Black Swamp Blues Society, Owens Community College, City of Toledo and Toledo Free Press, Toledo’s got the Blues! Celebrate the return of the Toledo Blues Festival with this three-day event featuring the “Daughter of the Blues” Shirley King and a knock out selection of local artists during this festival on the waterfront that will include loads of live music, great food and fun activities for all ages.
