3. REPORT Request for a Zone Change from CR Regional Commercial to RM36 Multi Dwelling residential at 2731, 2737 and 2743 Monroe Street and 1002 Girard. (Z-3007-08) The Plan Commission recommends approval.
4. REPORT Request for a Zone Change from CR Regional Commercial to RM36 Multi Dwelling residential at 2731, 2749 and 2753 Monroe Street between I-475 and Bancroft Street. (Z-3006-08) The Plan Commission recommends approval.
5.REPORT Request for a Special Use Permit for a Type A Daycare located at 660 Williamsville. (SUP-3002-08) The Plan Commission recommends approval with conditions.
6.REPORT Request for a Zone Change from RS6 Single Family Residential to CO Office Commercial at 4761 W. Sylvania Avenue. (Z-3008-08) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval.
