Republic Services to offer Bulk Pick-Up
Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson has requested Republic Services to provide bulk pick for residents that have been a victim of this recent rainstorm. Every resident affected by this storm should call Republic Services at (419) 936-2511. Republic Services will extend the second quarterly bulk pick up beginning July 1st through the week of July 6th to accommodate residents.
If a resident has not had a bulk pick up in the second quarter, then this bulk pick up will now count as your 2nd quarter bulk pick up. If a resident has already had a bulk pick in the 2ndquarter, then this will count as the 3rd quarter pick up. However, all residents must schedule their bulk pick up with Republic Services by no later than July 3rd to receive the benefit of this extension.
Tree limbs and branches that have been brought down by the rainstorm may be placed in your bulk pick-up. Branches and limbs that are over 3 ½ ft. must be bundled to be included in the bulk pick-up.
